Boarding FAQs
In a boarding situation, chewable toys can be dangerous. Animals may chew excessively and actually choke on toy remnants. For your pet’s safety, we do not accept personal toys while boarding.
We do as many as ten loads of laundry daily, it is not possible for us to keep track of a personal towel or blanket. If you still wish to leave one, we cannot guarantee its return.
If someone else will be picking up your animal, please inform us ahead of time, as we cannot release your pet to anyone except to you.
We require an emergency contact phone number, just in case we need to get in touch with you.
