Payment Policy

We accept many forms of payments. To maintain our gold-standard service, we require payment at the time of service. We can also process your Trupanion Pet Insurance claim in house through Trupanion Express. We do not accept checks. We will gladly prepare a written estimate if you desire; please ask the receptionist or doctor.
