Animal Care Technician (ACT)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, caring for boarding pets, assisting with basic care of hospitalized patients, basic housekeeping, laundry and keeping kennels neat, clean and odor free. Caring for pets includes feeding, cleaning litter boxes, walking dogs and documenting any care given to the pet. Patience and passion for furry companions is a must! Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. Must enjoy housekeeping and be capable of standing for long periods. Must be available every other weekend and some holidays. Kennel experience is a plus!
Veterinary Assistant
Must have the ability to run lab tests, collect blood samples, assist with exams (surgery a plus!), effectively communicate with Veterinarians, Co-workers and clients, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position (lift to 40lbs). The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions properly. Must be available to work every other weekend and some holidays. High School Diploma required, Veterinary Assistant Certification a plus!
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting clients with appointments, refilling medications, client education, processing payments, answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and in person, engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, record customer information within our database, offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies, other duties as requested. Must be available to work some weekends and occasional holidays. High School Diploma required, experience a plus!
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Must be licensed to apply! Responsibilities include running lab tests, collect blood samples, assist with exams and surgery, obtain patient history, keep accurate records and logs in patient records, assist veterinarians in client education and on patient updates, prepare patients for surgery and administer vaccinations. Must have excellent communication skills, be a team-player with a positive attitude, have a patient and caring personality and passion for learning and growth. This position requires the ability to accurately follow instructions and protocols but also problem solve. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job (e.g., lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods) and be available every other weekend and some holidays. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Technology required.
